Hi, I’m Mary! I’ve been an Oregon licensed massage therapist since 2014.

I completed the 800 hour program at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2014. The perpetual ability to learn and grow through massage therapy is deeply rewarding. Every session is a learning opportunity. My modalities include deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, injury recovery, hospice, chair massage, event & sports massage, side-lying, assisted movement therapy, Gua Sha and hydrotherapy. I specialize in working with the elderly, but love to work with all ages! At this time I am offering mobile massage throughout the Portland metro area. My massage style can be described as a restorative session for your nervous system with therapeutic pressure (medium to firm). I look forward to working with you!

I’ve been a volunteer for Legacy Hospice since February 2020. Providing hospice massage is truly a great honor. I enjoy giving back to the community by donating blood regularly at the American Red Cross. In addition to massage, I am also an aerial silks instructor & studio manager at Afterglow Aerial Arts. Aerial arts and massage go hand in hand and I am honored to provide these services. In my free time I enjoy cooking, training aerial, Krav Maga classes, bird watching, hanging out with my partner and animals, spending time at the river, and watching live music & performance art.
