About me

Hi, I’m Mary. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since October 2014 in Oregon.

I completed the 800 hour program at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2014. The perpetual ability to learn and grow through massage therapy is deeply rewarding. Every session is a learning opportunity. My modalities include deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, injury recovery, hospice, chair massage, event & sports massage, side-lying, assisted movement therapy & Gua Sha. I specialize in working with the elderly, but love to work with all ages! At this time I am offering mobile massage throughout the Portland metro area. My massage style can be described as a restorative session for your nervous system with therapeutic pressure (medium to firm). I look forward to working with you!

I’ve been a volunteer for Legacy Hospice since February 2020. Providing hospice massage is my deepest tribute. I enjoy giving back to the community and donate blood regularly at the American Red Cross. I also work as an aerial silks instructor & studio manager at Afterglow Aerial Arts. Aerial arts and massage go hand in hand and I am honored to provide these services. In my free time I enjoy cooking, training aerial, krav maga classes, bird watching, spending time with my partner and animals, and watching live music & performance art. During the summer I spend as much time as possible on the river (floating & swimming).
